I would not think that by having insufficient insurance will preclude action being taken against somebody.

If they are not sufficiently insured, then they would then have to sell their assets in order to satisfy any court order.

I recall Peter Kravitz mentioning "insufficient insurance retained by the BoD..in one of his early affidavit.

He thought at that time the risk of shareholder revolt was high.

It appears that all of Stas20 recent posts attacking Art, Summit and KSV have been removed.

At who's behest? And why would they try to shut down an anonymous poster on an open forum who is speaking his mind (who also captures the sentiment of the wider group here).

Has he touched a nerve in those who seek to steal these assets away from innocent shareholders.

Are they now concerned about the scale and will of the collective knowledge of some in here and how the CAG activity can and WILL scupper their plans....

Who ever asked you to ban Stas20 on this forum, ask yourselves what motive they had in contacting you to request you to silence him. Why they seek to stifle comment on their bad (and in most opinions here) illegal behaviour.

They achieved that... but Summit ain't right...

IMHO all power now rests with Summit, it is in their gift what happens to Anavio and shareholders.

They could exclude one or both going forward.

They have another stay extension until 13th September granted by the courts.

Lets see what happens after that.

Lol Stas,

Anavio have been compensated with all of the interest conversions, together with their illicit winning from shorting the stock (90% of what they held)

BP have been compensated by receiving the hedge difference between $65 and market price which has not dropped much below $80 for a long while now. And now get a further $11 million. (FFS)

Summit have been compensated by getting the company assets for the debt it owed them.

Arthur Millholland is still receiving his massive remuneration compensation package.

Michael Cotter is being compensated for his work......

Shareholders who did nothing wrong but support the company, are still out on a limb.

If you scan out of the image a bit you can see COPL NGL storage unit about 4km away to the right...

Why order more oil storage units if there is no oil.......??
