Great work to arrive at what is a considered calculation.
My only concern is the IO long term price, as it will take a few years to dig out.
But I only see upside and stable for the next few years.
Tonight has again cemented my original reasons for investing in Alien .

It may give you some more accuracy. But bare in mind its from May 2020, and the ore prices have only gone up since then.

I think the maximum Iron % is 67%. (The worlds best mine)
But looking at the world top ten ore mines, some are workable with % just under 40%
