Sells = 19 million . Ave transaction size 89K shares
Unknown = 1.8 mil Ave transaction 22k shares.

So a lot of small holders are selling.
A number of buyers are accumulation with higher average transaction size.

I dont think this will affect the totals for the votes too much.

We all know this is a great company to invest in.!!

There could be an option to lease all capital equipment via GE Capital. Thus avoiding initial capex spend. Maintenance of the trucks would be inc in the "rental" costs. Same for the bumper trucks needed.

Never easy, but possible with the right business case. I have worked in global manufacturing companies that take the leasing option to preserve cash funds for operations.
Just a thought.
