Musq, I do not see the Chinese getting involved in the financing of the On shore processing plant.

Their banks have already declined to fund the project as Uneconomical.

There is two routes for TL to monetise.

1) Will take 20 years and bring the countries finances to its knees. Wealth fund has 16 billion in it today, the estimated cost of the project is 16-20 billion. (Computer says no!)

2) Allow the processing offshore or in Darwin. TL keep the 16 billion and build up future funds from there and bring on line the resources they have under their control. They fought hard to win these resources, it would be a shame to see them go to waste....
