Filled with comments that I am allow to expression my views but yet you are constantly challenging my views. Which is cool if you disagree with them but I don't know are disagreeing with them lol I am constantly confused reading your posts.

You have my sympathies ninetails, but I'm going to keep it real & be firm with you.

In this game you have to be able to write your losses off and not fall in love with a stock.

We have all been there and made high risk investments and lost it all. I mean what's the plan here? Put all that emotion into a proverbial fist & thump everyone who has a different opinion on UKOG? You just have to own your investment decisions and not take things to heart.

There are other stocks & there will always be other opportunities to make a return. Yes you may never recoup the losses you have incurred but that is just a important investing lesson to learn.

Rich, you may have misread what I wrote you could of course just be being facetious. My comment said I haven't been holding since the height of HH. I have preciously commented that I was up on UKOG, pre- Pin1 testing but an now sitting on a small loss. You may have missed that comment though so won't take it personally.

Penguins lol your comments do tickle me. This is a discussion board and I am just joining the discussion. Who cares whether my conclusion is correct or not? It doesn't matter as it will not affect the company performance. With no company news, one is left to speculate on what it taking so long.

To read DL saying that he is waiting for HH supreme court decisions adds a little weight to my conclusion in my opinion because UKOG could have also shelved operations until clearing all the legal matters it has had over the past 3 or so months. But that's all it is, a speculative conclusion. I don't understand why my comments contiune to ruffles your feathers.

Ninetails, I didn't get caught out with UKOG, so I haven't lost money on it holding from the heights of the early HH days.

To me UKOG is just a punt trade. So all the angst you have for SS & UKOG, I don't have.

All the will they, won't they; out to swindle shareholder talk.... I'm just trying to make a few hundred quid on a trade and so have no desire to squabble.

UKOG focusing in legal matters is the conclusion I came to. It makes the most sense.

Sounds like a great idea if the plan is to wrap the company up & cease trading.

Such is life in the Oil exploration game. Even if the data says there is oil present, it may not be commercial or even flow.

It's always a gamble investing before a flow test result.

Being as no news on the guns seems to be the status quo for awhile, maybe UKOG are using that time to clear the legal hurdles in the UK and completely down tools in Turkiye was my thought. Who knows though, they might still be in country trying to secure another licence.

A special dividend doesn't make any sense to me. Scirocco is a loss making company, so to pay a dividend wouldn't be financially responsible in my opinion.

For the first time, Scirocco will have money coming in which hasn't come from a shareholder raise or a loan. Money it can actually use to buy revenue producing assets to build a successful business going forward. And that's what I think it should do.

Besides, what would a dividend be? £0.0001p per share lol?

Hopefully we will get news in the next 7 days on not only a Ruvuma sale completion, but also new business and a competent new director, I wonder if their renumeration will be all the income from the royalty payments from the Ruvuma development payments lol

The excerpt from the RNS indicates that UKOG & AME can only use the licenced company that are allowed to supply the perf guns in SE Turkiye.

Whether that means the licenced company can deal with a third party or not isn't clear.

Whether UKOG are using the time to concentrate on the legal hurdles in the UK or not, who knows. But that's certainly what I'm going with.

PPP could be resintated any day with news that could affect UKOG. They could of course be suspended indefinitely, delist & or move to another index lol. Which is a common practice for Big Dave's companies.

I don't think that attempting to assassinate my character or discredit my opinions will mean UKOG will get the 9inch perf guns any quicker, nor will it have any effect on whether Turkey will be a commercial discovery that will floe at commercial rates.
