Agreed Trish, the dividends are really nice.

I think UKOG holders are worried about the wrong thing. What happens if the guns finally arrive & the well is perfed and no oil flows because its not commercial. All the time people have been averaging down, they could of been buying BP or GLEN & getting paid whilst they wait for UKOG news.

I have never, nor will I ever blame shareholders for a companies performance or stock sentiment.

I'm sure if horsehill produced as many barrels as the experts said it could, SS's crown would look even more ostentatious than Charles's.

So the Weald isn't given up much oil & Turkey has yet to.

In my opnion you should do yourself a favour and instead of averaging down and believing in a fairytale ending, just invest in a dividend paying oil major and wait for the confirmation of a commercial discovery that flows.

If everything that you have listed has happened exactly the way you have said, then ok; be as frustrated as you need to be.

I'm going to buy a few more Glencore shares whilst I wait for news what UKOG will or won't do.

That's a given with every stock Ninetails. And when investments don't work out, the anger has to be directed somewhere I guess.

If that's how you or anyone's feels cynder, then I don't think investing in or continue to hold UKOG makes sense.

Regardless of any faith lost in UKOG or SS, I don't think that Aladdin would agree to now play the same game that you may believe UKOG is playing.

To fund & drill a well to then not perforate it doesn't make sense to me. The guns will eventually be secured when they become available in country.

Put the kettle on & trade some other stocks in the meantime Rich. I am not expecting any news on the guns in the next 12 weeks.

Rich3648, I am presuming that perf guns are specialist long lead items & the order books for parts & construction & delivery are full.

I am sure Ukog & Aladdin will eventually secure the perf guns capable of completing the job.

Being as no news to say they are on order probably means they haven't found a company who can deliver them just yet.

To me it would seem fair to stagger the payments the in the same way the deal is constructed. That motivates ARA to get production up asap.

Bur being as that final milestone may never be reached do due well performance; to stagger it over 2 or 3 milestones would make sense.

However does ARA or the Tanz Gov care about those things? Lol

Paying Gneiss upfront for the entire £16M when Scirocco may never receive the entire £16M seems nonsensical to me mrc.

I think you have answered your own question there mrc. Anything owed will be deducted.

Other than the recent seismic, what monies have Scir spent on Ruvuma since the sale was first announced?

So even if it comes in at £1.25M, Scirocco could issues some equity & fart that. I'm not concerned.

Those boys have worked hard. They secured the sale of Ruvuma when it looked impossible. Im guessing JF & TR think Gneiss deserve the entire £16M lol.

I don't think so Steve, it's probably just that the market makers have cleared a block & now they start stimulating again.

I'm expecting for the initial £3M (£2.5 net) that Gniess will take £500,000 as payment & then £50,000 fee for processing the payment.

I also expect this to happen with each installment when each milestone is reached.

What makes you think Scirocco owe ARA any monies mrc?

Lol I have been investing in penny stocks thinking I will quadruple my money & then use that money to buy dividend paying stocks.....

When I should have been buying dividend paying stocks & using profits to buy speculative penny stocks lol silly me. Live & learn eh? :D

I have learned & accepted that this is just the way microcap stocks do business Steve. Sit on each others Board's & pass the funds around.

Sharepicks, I think its completely possible that Scirocco make do a placing a day or so after receiving the initial sale funds, just for additional cash for AD plants & maybe some cash to pay salaries, so be careful that all the profit you make on the Wednesday, isn't cut in half by Friday.
