The company has had long enough to address investors on this matter. A simple tweet or a paragraph on the CEG website saying " discussions with the BG are ongoing & once it is resolved we shall update the market", is all it would take. This is market sensitive news & so disappointing this has been left for speculation and negative sentiment to grow.

Arena Energy Group sounds better than Challenger to me.

I don't know if this additional funding is part of the 750M equity issuance shareholders already voted to approve or completely separate & *in addition to*. Either way today's RNS has made me pull forward my expectation of a 1.5p share price for year end 2021 to Q3 2021.

The magic flow test numbers & optimised daily production has never been more important.
What can one do other that twiddle ones thumbs & shrug ones shoulders.

As in "I purposefully didn't or chose not to read that part of the RNS or I didn't copy & paste that bit"?

Read into or ignore what you will from that quote.
The results will be what they will be. Until then......*shrugs*

I was expecting news today; indeed certainly this week on the JV & Acquisition deal completion, or an announcement of an expected completion date with an immediate business outlook.
I am hopeful that all the paperwork was prepped for shareholder approval & if it had been received, the deal would be expedited.

What a great layman's uncomplicated way to demonstrate what happened.

This bb has been made to feel more like personal blog site where topic's of discussion are set for the day & comments are invited on the blog, rather than a site for share chat on company operations to me.
It even feels like many now see this as the norm & when a blog hasn't been posted, people don't know what to think or say.
Members are more concerned with individual investor positions rather than company results. Feels more like its for personal entertainment than a place for educational/sharing of opinions debate.
Nevertheless I still plan on using when it's helpful & productive to do so.

I think Scir's BOD are old school & evidently out of touch with how information & communication works in the age of social media. They could certainly do with commercial/social media personnel. The twitter account might produce 12 tweets a year. Its unproductive in my opinion.

I understand most news needs to be in RNS form but responding to investor concerns & questions can be managed through social media.
With the recent thread which challenged possible under the table handshakes, I think its something that should be addressed with transparency & accounting facts.

Still peddling the same mission statement lol this could be a 9 year old Solo promo vid.

I think the results are awesome but without knowing how much material had to be processed to get the concentrate, how relevant is relevant.

I presumed that one this current exploration phase comes to an end, a full production licence would be the next step. Evidently another exploration phase will be entered. So I think the Greenland Newco will list before any advances are made for Alba.
Great news for everyone who wants to continue to increase holdings at this SP. Not so great for investors expecting a return by now.

Hopefully we'll get some news this coming week addressing the Bahamas Licence fiasco, if indeed it is a fiasco or to clear up any misunderstanding blown out of proportion.
I would hate to think that after resetting the company in hopes of cleaning the slate & raising enough funds to settle all outstanding finance; there is a another financial dispute.

A drilling completion update with news of thickness of net oil bearing pay would be great.
