Yes when the remaining placing shares are gone this will re rate very fast. People are looking for positions prior to this happening so buy or top up on the dips before it let's rip at some point next week

MM everyone will have different targets, I think a minimum of 1p come June/ July, could be higher could be lower but that is my take on it. Take a look at HFB posts he is the wikipedia on boil and copl. After reading his posts you will have a far better understanding of the prospects of this company. 5p at the moment seems unrealistic as a future marker but not out of the question, could even end up more. Read his posts and you will see why this could go to the moon.
