Gold mining production within the Clogau Mine began

back in 1861 and has produced at least 80,000 ounces of gold, making it both the largest and

richest mine within the Dolgellau gold belt and the UK’s largest ever gold producer. Mill grades

of over 100 g/t Au have previously been recovered within the mine compared to mining grades

of 15 g/t Au in Gwynfynydd mine, situated close to Dolgellau within the gold belt.

Afternoon everybody,any of the technical folk on here know approx how long it takes to seater the area we have,given I know it's a mine,would have thought we would had some news by now?

From memory and true its pretty rubbish we have had said machine for at least 3 years surely somebody in the management team thought about applying for whatever permit or permission is required to use it lol

I may be wrong on this but dont we have heaps of soil/ rock that we could start extracting gold from while the other work is undertaken ? It's about time the crushing equipment etc is used?
