India changed mining laws this year to deny Pat the bhukia licence. India has now put right the differences with CNE refunding hundreds of millions. The same treaty I think applied to PAT so will India do the right thing now with PAT. If so ching ching

This year India changed their mining laws to deny PAT the right to mine gold at when PAT discovered a massive gold deposit .. why do we deal with them

I am in PAT a gold mining company who had exploration license in bhukia,India. This was proven to be rich in gold and when PAT applied for licences to dig they were denied and the Indian government changed their mining laws this year to totally prevent PAT from mining. For years it was always accepted in Indian law that holders of initial exploration licences could upgrade to the actual mining but not this year. It stunk by the Indian government.

Zephyr are drilling from the same pad used by Rose In 2009. Drill 16-42 refers. Zephyr is the same company as Rose and this drill now is named 16-2.
Not sure why 2 drills from the same pad and what happened to the 2009 drill. Does anyone know.i know there are many unsuccessful drills in the paradox basin so this doesn’t seem straightforward
