Been in the news today that India are reversing radical farming laws that were introduced 12 months ago. Does this bode well for them to reverse the mining laws also introduced in past 12 months which went against PAT
Hopefully we will get back to an upward trend today after yesterday afternoons mini crash. Were people expecting big news coming from the mornings AGM. and sold when no new news released.
From my dealings with AGM results ,very rarely does it spring any new major news just a reading of pre wrote points to be agreed and move on to a drink to celebrate .hopefully news today or next week but the uptrend should continue with so much going on with JV and India
Correct me if I'm wrong but we have been going through the Indian courts for a number of years and then this year they change their mining laws to try and exclude PAT from trying to get the sort after licence.
They seem to try and adjourn month after month in the hope PAT will get sick, run out of money and go away.
We haven't so hopefully they will give in as whike it's in dispute the land cannot be mined by anyone.
Government losing out on revenue, locals losing out on jobs
No win for India so may as well have a JV
