FID to quickly follow, with offtake agreements assumed to be fully ready to go. 11p broke again, definitely driven by 2k Spod price. IMO we are suppressed due to awaiting ratification by at least 100%. Awaiting for the coil to be released, hopefully exciting times ahead guys! Agree, the time this is taking to get to the build phase ALL will likely miss this incoming lithium boom. Assore to make a bid in the 40s once FID has been established.

How many official days do we have until the new amendment is passed into law, without a vote against being cast? Is it 20 days from when parliament reconvenes?

Watching the video back it’s clear the minority are hell bent on this not passing again, claiming their original agreement was more economical from Ghana. It’s been pointed out on a few occasions within this group the majority hold 2/3 of the seats so unless 1/3 of the majority ministers vote against their own parties initiative this will be passed. I would assume it’s high 90% probability from here!

Bought more yesterday at low 7’s, averaging down hopeful this 4 yr hold finally pays off. Something feels different this time, although these clowns couldn’t run a bath nevermind ratification! I still believe a buyout comes next year in the low 40’s.

Like the optimism, really hope there’s a quicker turn around than previous, but I’m hedging my bets at the end of Q2. I don’t think they are capable of implementing a new law and rat in the first sitting next year.

If anyone listens to this clown on royalties all commodities would stay in the ground.

Although this is extremely disappointing news, there could be a good buy opportunity to average in. Likely to see lows of 6p again as we go into January so will hold out until before parliament reconvenes again in February. If I had to hazard an educated guess for rat it would be end of Q2, followed by a buy out offer shortly after. Frustrated is an understatement right now!

Unfortunately the person that cried wolf one too many times doesn’t hold much weight anymore. I don’t believe it’s a temporary measure, the whole government is a complete shambles and a stain on democracy. They don’t understand how to have a discussion or debate without shouting over each other, no consideration for the people they serve. Thousands that could have be in work end of next year, but no the land still lies dormant for potentially yrs to come it’s pathetic. As for Neil he’s a fraud in my eyes, led far too many investors astray. I would stay well clear of his next move in helium, no thank you.

F***ING**LL you just cannot write this. What did most of us say all along, hate to say it we were right. What further consultation needs to be done at this point,30 months after the lease was agreed. People are starving & they are arguing over a sliding scale royalty scheme no wonder the continent is decades behind civilisation.
