The Company is also in advanced negotiations with two multi-billion dollar international companies for a deeper partnership in accelerating SDX's gas exploration and production activities in Morocco.

They knew the de-list would never be approved, look at the lack of detail in it and no credible plan. This was cooked up to tank the share price which clearly did its job, let’s see what the next play is… At current market cap of around 700k it’s a total no brainer purchase even if they somehow did take it private it’s still amazing value. I took advantage of the drop yesterday and added another 500k shares and will do so again Monday. Just a few more days but expecting all will start to be revealed next week

Not a ramp merely my view on how this will play out. De-list is an issue for traders therefore at these levels I’m happy to hold post de list and see how it plays out. Frankly there is probably more risk being listed on AIM these days

By those clearly in the know. I’m expecting the recovery to continue today. As stated yesterday way oversold down to forced II selling, expect holdings RNS to confirm in due course

Clearly a large ii or two sold out on news, often they case they are unable to hold in a private company. Will be volatile but likely a reasonable recovery over the next few days/week

My view is the BOD knew this would never get enough votes, the sp is so very low that a bid of say 2p would now likely be accepted. Watch this space…
