As a consequence, the Board has increased its expectations for the Group's financial performance for the year.

The technology gives them massive leverage as it allows 'scalability' at zero cost. This simply drop down to the bottom line with increased traffic. This kind of business model 90% of companies would die for. It is a VERY successful money (and profit) generating company; simples!

last week and this week.....are covering what they believe to be the best 100 AIM listed companies to invest in. Last week's magazine covered numbers 100 down to 51; we did not feature. Hopefully, we will appear in this Friday's edition somewhere in the top 50 best AIM companies down to number the number 1 best AIM listed security?!! You never know!

Not sure it should be quite as difficult as this. Three years later and my shares are worth less than the day I bought them! The remaining submission news needs to be forthcoming here in the very short term now; so I am hoping that MTFB are kicking the supposed 'third parties' that are dragging their feet very hard indeed. AIM listed securities and 'delays' are not a marriage made in heaven.

anyone know when the 3p dividend payment is and the ex-dividend date is?

I expect that this will be worth about 10% to the share price over today/tomorrow but hopefully further RNS's (as this is now going to be being submitted on 'as we go' basis) will continue to add .5p. This may actually therefore work out better for us than a one off submission which will have doubtless caused a sudden spike but, inevitably, followed by the usual 'AIM Punter' slide. Happy that it is a rolling submission therefore as I reckon each new update RNS will shore the price up each time it looks like it is ready to start to slide back. ATB

Yes indeed. The response was very good and the fact that they are clearly storming 2018 thus far, was thinly veiled at best! Expect therefore another set of market busting results; oh and it does no harm that Morgan Stanley have also just increased theit stake in the business. What's not to like!?

IG did you get this from the vox interview? The 'partnering' piece is very important I think, as the gap between sending off the NDA docs and actual acceptance is going to be up to eight months. This however, might bridge that space quite nicely in terms of giving the share price a little positive uplift over the fallow summer months? Otherwise, we may stay flat at best or slowly slide on the 'no news' months (which 'could' be up to eight)? We know for sure that MTFB is highly reliant on 'news' for any uplift (at least to date it has been, as mainly the volumes are not big/consistent enough to push us up) so a few 'strategically' placed news updates, to fill in the longer gaps of 'no news', could be pretty useful? For example a good Partner agreement, in my opinion, will do more for the share price than an RNS saying that we have submitted. The former could add 25% and the latter maybe 10% -15%? Just my ideas. . . .

..last night; I had only just seen the RNS and was a tad d.......d, (just can�t write that word here!). Let�s just hope that they submit in April and no later, as this is the timeline:- 60 days for the NDA to acknowledge that all documents are OK. Then the NDA have six months to notify. So, if MTFB submit by the end of April, then that�s May and June (the 60 day period), plus six months from then, which takes us to December 2018. Let�s hope therefore that this can be just a short delay, as it would be good to get his formally approved in 2018 for fairly obvious share price reasons. ATB and apologies again for my somewhat harsh write up at 18:06. It has been a very long three years!

Talk about a company that's it's own worst enemy! They have truly mastered the art of the 'Share Diluting RNS'. Another Howler from GL. Meanwhile, the Board 'reward' themselves with 'well earned' share options!! Hilarious. If they had spent less time discussing that two weeks ago (and subsequent RNS), then maybe they would have met their submission timeline. Sorry folks, but these guys are letting you all down, as this is three years now of (dare I use the most frequented adjective here), yet more "disappointing" news.......
