Ian.B the major problem with companies like MTFB with zero revenues and no product, is that any valuation above ‘cash at bank’ can be used. So, one could say that a valuation of £90m+ is not actually that bad. I’m not saying that myself, but that’s the big issue here; the City may feel that it is indeed fair - at this stage of the company’s development. Next year should be different as hopefully it will have a product and also revenues coming in, but for now 25p may be considered fair market value! There is simply no ‘peg to hang this on’ hence why it could go even lower to 20p or could go higher to 40p! Who knows! It’s all total finger in the air stuff and that’s the inherent risk investing in a very young company like this. One thing is for certain, is it will tests the already frayed nerves of many, for what remains of 2018! ATB
