Degsy don’t forget that 146 million shares includes what newmont already own if the next set of drilling results are like the first omi will be taken out in double quick time my thoughts are the results will be known before releasing to market if fantastic suspension pending an offer before the sp goes out of control

Depends on at what point they took over we have seen initial gold grades off the chart agreed but only 10% of the license drilled newmont pay 2mill for 20% stake so now there onboard drilling to start soon so the next rns will spike the sp to where is anyone’s guess if it says newmont have used the DSG technology and are drilling in certain places identified the boom once the results of the next drill are known you will know then newmont will see them before anyone else omi into suspension then it’s anyones guess does anybody know how the solg saga played out from our current situation

Thank you I admit when I was in ggp I was seen as a ramper I researched everything the thing that got me was GH bullshit as it has many of us i lost 16k when newmont walked I bought back in traded made a few quid back and now I’m all out the dilution there is endless 150 million here give or take a few I’ve done the same if not more research on omi this is a different animal altogether low amount of shares in issue mcap a joke assets top notch the plant they own is worth 50-100 million so I’m told oh yeah and the worlds 2nd biggest gold producer is in bed with us

To add to my post some are saying why only pay for 20% of the company now for 2 million when they could buy the whole thing for 10 million well I see it like this omi would only allow them to buy 20% now on the basis that newmont agree to certain terms ie funding through to production a company as big as newmont don’t agree stuff like that with a minnow unless they know where it’s going the rns to come will only move the sp up the thing is if these grades continue through more drilling how high do newmont want to allow the sp to go before making an offer to takeover and here’s the crazy bit there’s only 150 million shares so 450 million for a takeover is £3 a share look at what they paid for mirimar mining and for the asset they had then compare the two MIND BLOWING

Evening guys I can see omi been taken over in the next 6 months same thing happened with mirimar mining they found an asset drilled got good grades newmont jv seen more results from more drilling bang takeover I can see newmont doing the same here soon original drill grades were off the chart but only 10% of the license drilled more drilling shoots the sp higher awaiting results newmont will not want the sp skyrocketing before they make a move so imo I can see the next rns been plans or drilling has restarted sp shoots up results and grades been known before realeasing info to market suspension takeover just my thoughts

Degsy same here it’s in my posting history moved everything out of ggp at 5.8p fed up with GH and his bullshit diluted to hell and will keep happening newmont will takeover omi after the next drill results if they look anything like the first lot no doubt in my mind about it just think with 150 million shares in issue if newmont paid £450 for a full takeover that’s £3 a share or as near as mind boggling to even think about and would still be under solg current mcap

Ionic so your saying that if a company was worth say 500 million pound with a 150 million shares in issue that its market cap and sp are controlled by what price people are willing to buy shares at? Absolute nonsense

If a company is worth a certain amount of money that equates to a lot more than 8p a share then it should be reflected in the sp/mcap the market ******* about upping and dropping the price everyday is all for the city boys to make there money and nothing else this was 18p without newmont onboard so how is it 10p less than that it’s obsurd

Ggp I’ve been in since October last year lost 16k after the newmont walkout was ****ed off with GH and sold out at a loss 3.2 billion shares in issue is a lot and I think it will be diluted further before success for me I’m all in here at an average of around 5.8p now so fingers crossed this explodes shortly from my research all looking good just AIM and mms fooking about at present but when news of drilling drops boom
