The next focusIR Investor Webinar takes places on 14th May with guest speakers from Blue Whale Growth Fund, Taseko Mines, Kavango Resources and CQS Natural Resources fund. Please register here.
What a waste of money; sending out an RNS to say they attended an interesting industry event.
You can look forward to another RNS in 3-6 months saying they're in talks with 'several interested parties', but no closer to revenue.
Next placing on its way. Tick Tock.
Professional investors do not 'quietly build up a larger stake' in a company whose total value is a few million. *the whole company* would be a tiny trade from their perspective.
I understand perfectly well what liquidity means.
"Pure curiosity-What has the price of a London flat got to do with the size of any private individuals investment funds ?"
Because the post I was replying to used the term 'big boys'. A 5K gamble on a pennystock is not a 'big boy'
This stock has continued to decline in value since I sold and I'm very glad I got out whilst I did.
Aviator/Claire will be bragging about their alleged prescient timing in selling up after the stock goes to zero and is delisted, for weeks after the event.
"Surely you are aware as a rule of thumb, to manage liquidity risks, smaller company funds tend to not have most of the portfolio in micro-cap stocks, which are classified as companies with market capitalisations of less than £100 million."
Professional investors do not deal in the tiny amounts seen in this stock's daily volume full stop.
Big Boys accumulating? You mean the person who invested 5k last Monday?
I don't think you understand the amounts that real professional investors deal in. The entire market cap of this company would not be on the radar of a real institutional investor. It's the price of a London flat.
"Shelly we are the largest site in Nevada with mining permit."
And transportation issues, and no customers.
" It would appear looking around there have been leaked talks re plant so that would mean you are absolutely wrong. The time frames nobody can give you but this is where traders and investors differ. This is an investor's share. "
Not for the last 15 years it hasn't been. You can see the graph yourself. It's been a steep downhill plunge for over a decade
"Have said it before, likely not for you but your track record on this share hasnt exactly helped anyone eh if they had been following you. You failed to get out right time last time on spike as we've said."
'we'? You mean you (Aviator), who was ramping the share a week before the price collapsed?
"Some see things you don't it's that simple." - And they're going to lose money on it.
"Step back a bit Sheldrake, can’t you see that we are just waiting. On the verge of receiving the RNS that transforms the share price. The jury is out, you don’t seam to want to accept the reality of this fact. We think we will make money by holding and waiting until the right deals are signed sealed and delivered."
The RNS is just never going to come. You're invested in a company worth less than a London townhouse led by somebody with *decades* of track record of being unable to close deals.
"The trouble is Sheldrake that there is progress in every project, if you would care to remove your resentment blindfold, and read the company communications."
I've been reading the company communications since 2020. It's the same old story. There's no real progress being made. The share price now is below where I sold at. The only thing driving most of the existing holders is refusal to crystalise a loss
"Like iv said before, we had our chance to say something at the AGM. Your comments are pointless now. Go next year and do something about it or just sit back and wait"
There's nothing you can do about this at an AGM. The company can't afford a competent C-level negotiator in place of Cheatham. Sitting back and waiting could very realistically see this share go to zero as it will soon by trying to raise more investor capital in an extremely risk-averse environment. Company shares do *not* just randomly drift up and down raising more capital forever when there's no sign of progress.
I’m not this ‘whitey’ character and market maker conspiracies involving trading volume of a few hundred a day are truly absurd. The only reason the price went down despite more buys showing up is that there’s likely a big sell coming which will show up on Monday.
