Whilst I was fishing this afternoon along a beautiful stretch of water and deep in thought I suddenly realised that fishing is very much like this company and particularly this BB.

Let me explain.

Paul Griffiths and Lonny Baumgardner are the Kings of the fishing world, the Salmon. They are in charge and at the top. GRH, Keith and a few very knowledgeable others are the Brown and the Rainbow Trout. Very much sought after and able to outwit many. Thebold is the catfish. Big old lump that sits on the bottom and no one wants to catch. Nigel is the Gudgeon. Very small and often found in the shallows gasping for air. Porters is the Signal Crayfish. An alien species that’s not wanted by anyone and constantly snapping its claws to the annoyance of all. Myself and perhaps many others are a shoal of Dace. No harm to anyone, not much to offer and happy just to be swimming about. Now there’s the Pike. The biggest baddest predator of the river. It often lies hidden among fallen trees or in the reeds. Waiting in the shadows for an opportunity to attack and take out an unsuspecting passing victim. The Pike - A large O and G operator, a Govt, a massive wealth fund. Who knows. I suppose we all might in just a few more visits to the river bank.

thanks for the comparison and i’m pleased to hear that you have actually heard of the investment icon.

re timing i sold 300,000 prd shares at 20.125 back in july last year when my average was under 6p. i made a lot of money as you can imagine and i truly hope people here do likewise. i’ve now built back my holding etc.

you call me a smart ****, i like to think of myself as a smart investor and to be honest i don’t give a gnats chuff re your opinion of me. my opinion of you would get me banned/suspended if i were to post it on here. i think that many others here may also have the same sort of opinion that i have of you and agree that the bb would be a much better place if you and a few others slithered off.

again as i’ve already said i’m here as i think the management are doing an incredible job and i believe all actual share holders will be rewarded.

Kind of you to ask but I’m only really concerned with my own financial position, but it was certainly a shame that people lost some money. Everyone is old enough to make their own decisions. At least I hope so.

Fortunately I’m up £12k over the last couple of weeks in GDR so I’ve put the small punt on Beacon well behind me.

I’m presently invested in 14 companies at present but as I’ve stated before PRD is my main holding and I hold just under half a million shares for your info. Unlike yourself I’m here because I’m invested and believe we will see success. No idea why you and some others are here though.

Recent little purchases in SBTX and HE1 if you want to see how I get on with those as you obviously have an interest in my investments.
