Omar stated that news would fall before year end. Obviously that is a big call as to be honest it’s in the lawyers hands to get the agreement signed. Both sides have to be happy. Again I’d rather a delay and a better deal negotiated. This is not chicken feed we are talking about.

If this is going to make it across the line as stated by the company within the timeframe then yes as the Troll says time is running out. Take your positions or be prepared to live with your decisions.

Personally I’m happy to wait weeks/months to get this over the line. What investor wouldn’t at the ridiculously low price at the moment. The good news is that we probably won’t have to wait, it could be announced any day.

These opportunities don't come regularly and Id rather not miss out.
