IMO Tantalum the best rhing for people to do is to assume that everyone else apart from yourself is infected and therefore best bef is to self isolate as much as possible in the meantime thereby heloing to slow the disease / virus which kills people
Whether other counteies throughout the word are capable of diing the same is open to question
