1. The USA pivot is telling you a lot about Tanzania, and the USA reinvention is desperate

2. Tanzania. The Helium is 7.6%, but of what? It is volume that matters. Them getting 7.6% in bubbles in their barrels of 'fluid' is irrelevent. If the barrels are almost all useless expensive to remove fluid it is pointless. The RNSs deliberate obfusicate this. But the next EWT RNS is likely to be when the penny drops for everyone. Pun intended.
