Correct. This is effectively a shell RTO. Sundagas is a private entity and wants/needs to gain a listing on a stock market for future fundraising and exposure so this is a great tie in with BOIL. They are funding the RTO as well. You can rest assured that there will be chance to participate in this "Fundraising" via a Broker. Very happy that once this is all completed we will have a much better company with some big Asian assets.

Colter is 8% and needs more drilling, IMF is 15% but is unexplored with no real discovery so the SE Asia assets are actually huge for us. AB has been working on Chudictch since 2012 and they were amazed when they found out in the latest round that they had won the license. Don't foget Shell drilled it in 1998 but there was a war in East Timor which caused some real tensions plus the land/territorial waters dispute with Australia stopped anyone else from really having a go.

Suhail talked about which news we received yesterday in the form of the Sundagas Timor-Estse news and from looking at my research notes it is clear that it is the in addition part of the sentence below as it is an offshore gas field so there is another deal in the SE Asia Block which has been worked by SundaGas since 2016.

- As indicated at the AGM, the SE Asia block application, made by SundaGas in 2016, is being actively pursued. In addition, the Company continues to review a significant offshore exploration opportunity in SE Asia that has arisen through Baron's established relationship with SundaGas.

- Progress the search for a drilling partner for Peru Block XXI.

- The two new licences in the IMF, offshore Scotland, include an exciting and potentially significant new exploration area. Our initial work commitments consist mainly of 3D seismic reprocessing. We have already identified substantial prospects in the acreage and expect that the reprocessing work will enable us to define at least one near-term drilling location.

I saw the messages between Puds and TT. What a joke. "Deleted" why the feck would a PR guy delete the personal number of one of his client company CEO's? It smacks of desperation and lies. Why didn't he just say "Sorry, can't comment but the reality is the company I represent have tucked you lot up" or words to that effect?
