Because he doesn't even elude to a sale anywhere ever. Most CEO will give hints and even state the ultimate aim is to sell our asset to the highest bidder once proven resources. At the moment there are no glaring signs that LR has that ultimate intention. Again as Nige says why doesn't he and try to actually make the Mcap worth by stating working with large co's and NDA's signed which would ultimately rerate this share. At the moment the market and especially the MM's consider it another "jam tomorrow" stock.

LR doesn’t respond to me anymore despite having frequent contact and chats in the past. I think it’s when I said he had sold out the company at 0.025p on the last placing and then the same evening at the investors evening where he shirked responsibility by not turning up and then Turner pope put a new target price of 0.058 after they organized the placing! YRCNMIU,. That response to Lloyd says to me that it’s not for sale or not even close. Why wouldn’t you say “we are aiming and working towards an asset sale and you’ve just got to trust us”? It beggars. Belief, I swear most of these CEO’s love to hide behind this insider trading facade as an excuse to not be pressured into revealing the truth about the state of the company. LR once admitted to me that when the SP was at its lowest he thought the company was very close to going bust and I believed him but then he went and placed twice since then further diluting the company by about 125% plus!!! I’ve almost completely lost faith in the whole outfit now which is a shame as I thought EUZ was going to be life changing!

imo. this will test much higher than the recent highs of 0.07 area and will build into an EUA style rise in anticipation of a Toral sale. The way this has been played smacks of a complete asset sale with the extra placing and then the EIA etc.... Why would LR dilute the heck out of the company unless he was confident that there was an endgame in sight? It makes no sense at all and I don't believe for one minute that he just wants to draw another year or two salary from us PI's. If Toral is not sold then I will be very shocked.

EUZ could come good. Load up at these low levels there will be another surge up to 0.1 area once the Mett results are in and there is a JV partner or sale of Toral.

Really? This company has merit and an actual asset rather than pie in the sky Palladium valuations. It's all going to end in tears there that's for sure.

Agreed, been trying to tell people how undervalued this is and what a great product. I cannot believe that the BOD raised the funds at such a discount to the 30th October price of 5p. And then we got to buy on the open market at the placing price! Talk about gifting this. It's going one way with the great IP and the contract wins which will be lined up over the next six months. The recent BOD buying shares was a real vote of confidence. I am hoping to have a chat to the CEO next week too.

WTF are they doing with this? Spread has widened significantly and the ten percenters are leaving hopefully they make it liquid again and then the next rise can come. It's woeful....
