Placing Details

Curzon Energy has raised £166,066 by way of a placing of 16,606,594 new ordinary shares of £0.0001 each ("Placing Shares") to institutional investors at a price of £0.01 per share, plus 17,606,594 twenty-four month warrants, exercisable into ordinary shares at a price of £0.015 per ordinary share for a period of twenty-four months ("June 2022 Warrants")(together the "Placing").

Of course it is, they have moved from O&G operations to becoming a shell for LCMM. It's all there in the RNS's.

SP should be 3p now in terms of a cash shell and main market too not AIM casino. RTO news should propel the SP towards double figures especially when you delve into who the backers are behind LCMM and Monecor. All the pieces are the puzzle are slowly fitting together to finish this big Jigsaw. I am looking forward to watching this slowly unfold.

Right now this should start to see some volume as people wake up to the huge potential here.

Building in anticipation and SP at £1m mcap point. This is not even at "cash shell" value of around £3m (3p sp) and should easily do 6-7p on RTO news. The whole concept of LCMM and Ebay of Critical metals with a blockchain ledger payment system is genius in the making. Bruno Wu is a Billionaire entrepreneur who has his skin in the game especially Ideanomics which has a massive investment from China and helping the supply of EV vehicles. Guess what? The metals he will allow the trading of will facilitate that vehicle too. So many connections it is unreal!!!!! This isn't even mentioning Monecor and what they will bring to the table in the form of apps and trading platforms.
