1. The debt was cleared with the debentures as per the recent RNS.
2.Marketing costs, look at Charlottes web who spend 20m/30m on marketing.
3. Can't speculate on that, funding can come in many forms, debt funding or a raise. What I do know is that the UFC are keen to get this sponsorship going after the statement in the press.
“We’re thrilled to collaborate with Love Hemp to promote a growing, respected CBD brand that could become a global leader in this category over the life of this partnership,” said Paul Asencio, UFC Senior Vice President of Global Partnerships. “We know many UFC athletes, fans, and general fitness enthusiasts use CBD for training recovery purposes, and we want to work closely with Love Hemp to continue to educate ourselves, athletes, and consumers on the efficacy and best use of CBD products.”
£30m mcap, £6m revenues, compared to all other CBD plays it is undervalued. They are debt free and going places. CBX.MXC and KNB have £50m-100m mcap and 8 staff and no offices for example (CBX) so this is the bargain of the century. Being on AQSE is allowing us all to get in at discount levels. Wait for the CSE list and watch things change...
If you invest or not I actually couldn't care less so either stay or go.
