With fixed costs and the product you're selling up 25% in price over the last month, this should not just be up 23% in a month.

Classic psychology of investing. Silver up over 3% today but traders taking profits around £30/share.

Not sure why we've lost 50% of the value of the company in 5 days! This is fully funded for 2026 so no warrants needed for a long time.

It's now two weeks until Christmas and the company promised initial commercialisation in December. I'm really nervous they'll miss this self imposed deadline and this will tank. Anyone else feel the same? Or am I being too pessimistic?

Warrants are used by the company to raise money. They are new shares so they dilute the value of existing shares. They get sold at a certain value. If they are sold at 2p and the market share price is less than 2p then holders of warrants don't normally sell because they'd be making a loss. But as soon as it goes over 2p there's an incentive for warrant holders to sell to make a profit. So this can in effect create a cap on the share price because as soon as it gets to 2p warrant holders sell. But once they're all sold the cap is gone so hopefully the share price can rise.

My understanding is the warrants are already accounted for in the total number of shares issued so I don't think it affects the market capitalisation to have warrants outstanding.

Stewart Packwood has bought more shares - see RNS today. He clearly thinks this is a big opportunity.

This is why you need to take profits. I'm down on my latest batch but I bought back in less shares than I sold at a 40% profit and I've had previous batches of 40-50% profit. So still up considerably overall!

Feels like it to me. A big jump on anticipation of results then a big drop when they land a week later. That RNS about "results imminent" was not a good idea from LTH's perspective.

I'm assuming the ex-defence secretary you're referring to is a Tory as Labour were out of office for 14 years. In which case they aren't going to have much influence over a Labour government. We have an ex Field Marshall and as I've said before the currently military, in the form of Head of the Navy, wouldn't bother visiting a company that the MoD have no intention of signing a contract with. Nor would the MoD allow Whitespace employees to be seconded to it if it wasn't going to sign them on. All speculative but I think in this game you need to be a detective and follow the clues. If you just waited until the case was solved you'd never make any money because the share price would have already risen.

So why did the Head of the Navy visit their office and why have they been invited on to a NATO advisory group?

It seems to get a bit of momentum and then someone sells 1m shares. Whoever is selling at this price is mad imo!

This does feel manipulated. Down 20% in a day then up 20% next day on no news. Not convinced posts here are manipulating it though.

...isn't 1p already. We've got £1m in cash and an annual EBITDA of £1.5m (based on first six months of 2025). Yet only a mcap of £4.45m. That's a P/E ratio of 3! UK Consumer Staples sector averages around 9.1 P/E ratio!!!

They'll be able to use the EU fund to spend on third country supplies (there's specific rules being worked on). But as I wrote they'll be able to spend their national defence budget in whatever way they like, including UK products. There isn't an EU armed forces. This is just a fund at EU level that National governments can use subject to the rules of the fund. It isn't the only amount of money EU national governments will spend on defence infrastructure.

That's only an EU defence fund which will be a very small percentage of what national governments' in the EU will spend on defence. UK firms not being treated as EU firms doesn't stop the EU fund treating them as third country suppliers (which is allowed), or national governments' using their own budgets to purchase DH products. And given DH involvement at NATO these products could come with a NATO seal of approval.

I feel like the market is only going to react to what they are SHOWN. So we'll probably have to wait until the 2025 accounts are published. Hopefully that'll show a big increase in revenue and profit.
