The company does seem to be doing very well. The risk you are not seeing is the unknown size of the debt of the recently bankrupt 2nd largest shareholder, and the unknown date of her shares hitting the market.

Not her choice she is bankrupt, it will be a forced sale like last time.

I’m itching to buy, but am still waiting for that bankrupt major share holder to clear their shares, has anyone got any updates?

This is an amazing opportunity, you just need to pick the right time to get in, there is still the bankrupt major shareholder to consider. Once their shares have been sold I will throw everything at this stock.

It'll be the results in June that effects the price of Triad, we know it will be better than last year, they have said so. Last June full results price was approx. 30p

I don’t think Dbay are looking to make another offer as they never seemed serious to start with. They are investors and just see an opportunity to exploit. They know Telit is undervalued at present and is probably going get a bid that they can’t refuse in the near future, I have heard a rumour Sierra W. May be interested. At that point Ublox will be able to come back to the table. This is only going in one direction.

I agree, should be a very interesting week. 16m shares but 8.5m held by two people, one is the chairman and isn’t selling the other apparently has stated she will sell at £5. Therefore it doesn’t take many buys to lift the SP, the price still hasn’t reached a realistic price for the underlying fundamentals so a long way to go.

The current price still doesn’t reflect the underlying fundamentals of the company let alone the Blockchain connection. When we only have 35% of the shares in play it’s only going to drift or fly upwards.

This company has been undervalued and missed in the market for years, the fundamentals support a price at this level and above anyway even without the Blockchain connection.

16m shares but most are not in circulation, if you manage to get any, lucky you. I have been trying to top up all morning. It has been a very undervalued stock and is only just reaching a price now that reflects its day to day business. I can see this closing above £2.

You know it is going to be a good day when the only negative posts are the ones saying they can’t buy this share online and need to call their broker to get in.

£1.20 a share I see as a price correction rather than a drive up in value through news as this stock has been undervalued for so long.

From what I understand she is bankrupt due to refusing to pay debt. Therefore the courts are used to force the recovery of the debt. Bankrupt but not insolvent. However she refuses to believe she is bankrupt hence all the trouble for the company. Her flat was sold and now she thinks the new owners are squatters. Some of her shares were sold and she thinks they were stolen. She complains in public that she didn't get her divi's and was not allowed to vote at the AGM for those shares. This all stems from her being in denial over the fact that she is a Bankrupt. Hopefully now that everyone knows the truth all the rubbish will go away. What I can't understand is the people who believe her crazy conspiracies, it seems the more unbelievable they are the more people want to believe them, odd.

A slight error as according to public record she is still bankrupt.

Triad’s day in the high court tomorrow, hopefully removing the seamingly mad, lieing ex-bankrupt’s liberty, therefore allowing the SP to recover.

This was mentioned at the AGM, for one, they have a number of government contracts and they are notoriously slow at paying. They said the cash cushion is needed to pay contractors monthly when the company may be paid at longer periods, but saying that the chairman said he is in favour of future dividends at both AGMs - now that the company is doing well. I think the dividend will be double next year add that to the potential sp growth from a great pe ratio it’s a good safe bet for long and short term investment. I am still buying when I can, still time to get in before divi cut off as well.
