Buyout (boo… this would not provide the longer term profit I hope for - but at a what price … possible… )

Refinancing to pay back the loans at better terms and / or over longer term to reinvest cash back into the business.

Assuming no buyout, expecting dividends from Y3 post production when it should be more financially stable.

Hard to predict amount as don’t have the final numbers, and slippage or material change that might happen during production, plus gold price unknown..

But 0.5p feels very achievable looking at the numbers.

There’s also the possibility of share buy backs… and also consolidations and dilutions…

But if all goes as expected, 0.25-0.75p range around 2029 onwards - and - for longer than currently predicted…

Unless buyout - completely possible.

Talking to H in person, he wants to pay (and receive) divis and build a mid tier mining company. Never say never, but that’s the intent…

In fact, the “pre-production sweet spot” is precisely what some people look to invest in.

Find a company that has got financed and is building a mine, but is nowhere near it’s NPV, buy, wait, and profit.

To say that it would be a particular price at a particular point is especially challenging, given that a lot of of people have bought a long time ago and just want out, which could well hold things back temporarily.

Again, look forward to seeing how it plays out.

The tone of this changed the middle of last year.

I admit I invested too early, but then doubled down at a much better price.

Learning experience.

I expect to make a handsome profit on every share I own.

The thing about finance being “signed off”, whatever that means in practical terms, or at least everything is starting to happen and things are seen on the ground and PR noises getting more and more positive, is that the investors who who can see the potential of the dividends will buy, based on the project economics known at that time.

So there should be some buying on the initial announcement, and then all the way up to production.

NPV has a lot of room to grow…

So not long now until it happens.

I wait with baited breath to see what gets posted here as it happens 🙄

There’s still risk - country risk - operational risk - mismanagement risk etc. etc.

If it was a sure thing, it wouldn’t be this good value, given the very large rewards on offer.
