Let’s turn the cigarillo box over…
£0.01 dividend on 10Bn shares is £100m. This is easily payable. Likely multiples of this. So on the low side…
If that works out at a 1% dividend, that’s a s/p of £1. Unlikely - too high…?
How about a 10% dividend? That’s a s/p of 10p.
10% is a high dividend - but that then gives a wrong-headed answer.
If you believe the TK mine life to be “only” 7 years, and the only source of revenue then I think you miss a trick… or 3…
Tantalum license in Ethiopia to explore…
Large gold deposits near TK which could well become KEFI owned (passed hands in a dodgy deal for £200k!!!! Recently - 2/3/4/5 more TK’s…???
Albeit “only” 15% of Saudi - this will add to the pot - huge cherry and icing on top…
Plus a war-chest of ££££££mms in a bull market where M&A activity could be on the cards.
Harry will be long gone, and someone will come in to manage things in a larger org…
Someone says 25p a share - you know what? Yeah…. Not out of the realms of possibility…
25p x 10Bn shares is a MC of “only” £2.5Bn - not unheard of in mining valuations - and commensurate with comparable valuations…
You are likely not thinking big enough…
