This has come up several times… nominee accounts are held by eg HL on behalf of private investors. Recent investment rounds were taken up by institutional investors - Very credible ones at that - Which is definitely notable and a vote of confidence.

Post-finance the company is in charge of timelines and the contractors are highly experienced and tied to contractual timelines.

There has been explicit mention of contingency budgets recently, and it would be utter madness not to have this.

No two projects are the same - different cost basis, jurisdictions, share markets, currencies, deal structures, etc. but the difference is so massive, it's fairly conclusively underpriced.

They are well placed to solve both 1&2 and are normal and expected parts of mining agreements.

From the CEO's time working for a wealthy family office managing their investments, as the Vice Chair of the Australian Gold Council and leading prior mining companies, he is not only well versed, but also well advised on financial matters relating to closing.

All we can do is make an assessment on what we expect to happen - and back the company - or not.

Streaming is a risk management / mitigation strategy, not a risk.

The capital structure is detailed in multiple presentations - who gets equity where, and roughly how much.

The banks could demand what they want - everyone else has to more or less fall into line.

Dilution in terms of prior placings at corporate / AIM level were painful and hugely dilutive - but then offset by the increases in resources, metals prices and processing capacity.

We'll have concrete terms soon - and will be able to calculate the relative impact of agreed terms.
