£500m for COPD would be a good price.
Add on C-19 and dependent on the success rate, I believe you could see close to £1b bid.

£1.20 is correct

We are not there due to the II sellers. We have been hit by Griff, Lansdowne and Acacia. The share has always had headwind holding it down. This has been hugely frustrating, but also allowed some cheeky top ups.

With the greatest of respect strictlyinc FinCap have a £1.20 pre news price on this share.
If news is good FinCaps second prediction of £3.60 is very achievable.

People obviously don’t get this market and what happens to companies that have a successful drug in demand. Yes it doesn’t happen often as it takes 20 years to develop drug treatments normally. Synairgen has been working on this for 15 years. Yes 15 years development.

I would be disappointed if Synairgen was bought for anything under £500m (based on successful trials).

The significant discussions are ongoing. Richard can only present information once it has been formally presented to the Synairgen board.

As for timing, this is Aim. Synairgen are one of the cleanest companies in AIM, however I have no doubt Richard could find a few days, if it was to help negotiations !

This little bubble is quite unique for AIM. Not many other companies are in this position. If successful I think a few of us will be taken some down time to get over this emotional rollercoaster ride.

Bring on the news Richard and make it big !!

I believe the company will have news they will have to share with the markets soon.
We know they were in global discussions. We know they have two major data sets due any day. We know they have been discussing ramping up production of SNG001 with manufactures both in the UK and abroad.

Let’s face it the medical world are watching Synairgen closely and if news is not released in early July, it will leak.

Personally I think Richard would like to see Acacia gone prior to news flow.

C-19 is about to get allot worse around the globe. Governments have made a decision to open up the economy at the risk of people’s health. A tough decision.

America is being hit extremely hard by this strategy. The UK is following a similar path, however we are around 4 weeks behind them.

We need treatments urgently. We need a vaccine that works as well. This is allot still unknown about this virus, how it mutates and how it effects you long term.

I truly hope Synairgen have a solution to support the global population and I hope they can sign a deal which allows global use.

Yes for me it is about the significant upside opportunity this offers, but it is also about saving family, friends and strangers from this terrible virus.

They want your shares and are dropping to flush out whilst keep the spread massive.

The will continue to do this as long as possible, but as we know time is now running out.

Wow what a day on here. Sometimes it’s best to switch off and not get dragged into the pointless debate.

Wow America are being hit hard. It would be fantastic for Synairgen and also my colleagues in America if SNG001 trials can be extended quickly across the pond.

I’m expecting some news next week post AGM. Very exciting weeks ahead as we enter into July.

Also let’s not forget the main value is in the patents owned by Synairgen. As pointed out elsewhere our patents cover both Interferon beta and Interferon Lambda !

These patents are strongly worded and will protect us as we develop Interferon Beta and Interferon 3 treatments.

Few traders taking their 20 to 30% to be expected.
