It is well worth watching - the more I think about it the more I think what a great move this is. They highlight that it is all about raising climate change awareness by racing in extreme environments, adding that electric cars are part of the solution.

I chased my Primary Bid Shares with Barclays yesterday - I had to submit a stock transfer form which I submitted a week ago. They advised 30 day service level agreement but hopefully quicker. Touch points between Barclays and Jarvis etc.

General Meeting of the Company to be held at 10 a.m. on 14 July 2020 - lets hope for a positive outcome. I can't see any other outcome but will be good to see the approval.

It is sat with southern oil with regards to the amount of H2 they will have which drives the fuel cell sizing.

Thank you for the responses to my query on Bed & ISA this week. Another query if I may, which hopefully someone will be able to confirm.

For illustration purposes I have 30,000 shares in a Non ISA Trading Account which have been held for several years. 20,000 shares are added to this account through the Primary Bid offer when the transfer is completed. I then hold 50,000 shares.
I then Bed & ISA 20,000 of the shares shortly after the Primary Bid Shares are added to the account.

My understanding is that the transaction is classed as a sell for CGT purposes so any profit from purchase price (16p) to sale price needs (the price paid when buying in the ISA) to be factored in to the annual tax free allowance. From looking at the guidance HMRC assumes the shares acquired are disposed of in a strict order by matching the shares sold to the shares purchased. So in the above example is it the 20,000 primary bid shares that are being sold and purchased (within the 30 days) or is it an average of the holding (the section 104 holding).

The city has been selected to play a central role in Queensland’s future in renewable energy.
Central Queensland’s green hydrogen industry will be led to a substantial degree by Gladstone. The region may have one of the country’s largest coal reserves, but it is rapidly becoming a hotspot for renewable energy.
Australia has launched a nationwide effort to produce more green H2, particularly for export.
The Queensland government has made a $19 million investment into its green hydrogen industry future. The funds are meant to kickstart the projects that will be central in the local effort. Gladstone, a port city in the state, has been tagged as a central spot for the future production and export of H2.

The hydrogen power generation unit, expected to be sized between 200kW and 400kW, subject to engineering, will be located at Northern Oil's world leading Advanced Biofuels Refinery near Gladstone, Australia.
