I watch with interest that the share price has settled at 60.0 + / - a little. This seems like a nice round number as opposed to 59 or 61. Just an observation. Looking forward to next week. GLAH

Yes indeed all views welcomed. I did find the budget green content thin and am thinking there must be something more to come. That said this is AFC and this is UK Gov. We can but dream and hope that one day our dreams become reality. We certainly will deserve it for sticking with this.

Interesting article. I personally believe there is room for and will be both BEV and FCEV. The article talks about costly grid upgrades for whole fleet transition to BEV. Step forward AFC.

Hi beach, you make an interesting point and one I considered from a different angle after the budget. If there was news would it come as part of the budget green agenda or COP? I think more likely COP which would be the best time to make an announcement. Glah

We know that ABB intend to float there Electric Charger division for an IPO.
Thought it was worth mentioning that pod point are going for an IPO.

Hi All, I was thinking that AFC haven't informed us that they were attending the conference, unless I am mistaken and am happy to be corrected. If my memory serves me correctly it was someone on this board who found it (BB?). On this basis it could be taken that there is nothing to add. I am not looking to open the PR can. GLAH

Collaboration agreement to deploy DMG® technology in territories outside the UK signed with Hydrogen Utopia

Development Partner Update

Powerhouse Energy Group plc (AIM: PHE), the UK technology company commercialising hydrogen production from waste plastic, announces that its partner, Hydrogen Utopia International (HUI), that has exclusivity rights over the Company’s DMG technology in Poland, Greece and Hungary has closed a fundraise on 9 September 2021 of £2.2 million.

HUI intends to use the funds raised to purchase long lead items to build a basic syngas model for the first proposed operating plant in Konin, Poland which would use Powerhouse DMG® technology as a proof of concept. The proposed plant remains subject to permitting, approvals and raising the necessary finance

James Greenstreet, Powerhouse’s Non-Executive Chair, said: “We congratulate HUI for their successful fundraise and progress in moving forward the commercialisation of DMG® in Europe. We look forward to our technology accelerating Poland’s clean energy transition”.

Interesting times. I have been here since bidtimes and accumulated, sold a few and have added more. I am holding for the long term. I was wrongfooted when Keith left but assume that's partly why Dave was brought in. I defended the W2T purchase on the basis that PHE cant do everything themselves. There have been a few personnel and technology changes and everything seems to be set up for a raft of good news. That said they now need to start delivering than delaying. I will be miffed if we dont get financial close and foak progress as per the latest updates. Glah

All this talk of further drops seems to be coming from traders IMHO and certainly isn't from LTH. Lots of news to come and could be at the right time before COP. GLAH.

The planning application site was updated yesterday covering documentation and consultation with the covering letter dated end June and some revisions to drawings. Updates from detailed design, elevation, earthworks and more importantly increase to the number of HGV's to allow flexibility around delivery of Hydrogen to potential future customers.

My reading of the changes was that all is progressing well towards the next planning meeting.

Morning All, I was busy yesterday and have considered the RNS and the implications and am holding as planned. Effectively there is a slip but that's all that I see at the moment. Reading between the lines I am making the assumption that there is lots going on behind the scenes and that the statement of financial close before end Oct aligns with COP 26 in Nov. We should see a recovery today - says he with fingers crossed. GLAH
