Morning All, I purchased through Barclays yesterday and note that the share price is showing as a small fraction and does not reflect anywhere near the traded share price. I was put this down to the first day of dealings and was expecting it to correct overnight so may need to contact the broker. Does anyone else have this issue either with their nominee accounts. Yes indeed as Dr A points out they are a consultancy assisting with the Planning & Environmental piece.

Shows ABB, as we know, are going green. Will be interesting to see how their partnership with Gencell compares to the partnership with AFC.

Year End Operating Statement Out

Did anyone else have the same thought process when subscribing and stating / accepting they were a sophisticated investor, i.e as opposed to an experience investor. The alternative is just to wait until Jan and take a chance post IPO using my existing Investment account to deal in HUI shares. Thank you.

I am now in receipt of a link to the HUI IPO Subscription and just wondered whether anyone else debated / considered whether they met all of the sophisticated investor criteria. I realise it is simply indicating that there is risk - I would tick experienced investor if there was such a category .

Hi Pat, i think we need to remember that the company were not obliged to do this for PI's and it has probably complicated it for Novum and Neville's. Just a view to consider.

Hi KiaKaha - can I ask which portal you are referring to please as I have had no further contact since I was advised by Novum that they would request a letter of subscription. Are we following the same process but you are further along than me? At present I am awaiting a letter of subscription and have made no payments and am currently in a holding pattern. Many thanks

KiaKaha, Thanks for the information. Can I ask if you have paid any monies out yet. I am with Barclays who will add the shares to my account electronically / from certificate when available. With regards to payment I understand that I need to pay HUI direct and that this is initiated via a letter of subscription. So far I have advised Novum my subscription amount and am awaiting the letter - is this the similar to the letter you have received from Nevilles? Thank you

I did establish from Novum this afternoon that it was the company (PHE) who wanted PI's to have a chance to participate so hats off to them. They didnt have to do it this way and it would probably have been easier not to. Interesting times. Glah

I had exchanged e-mails and a phone call with Jon and was waiting for further information. I even sold some assets to participate but I have heard nothing. Have just left voicemail and e-mail but it seems I may have missed the boat based on information on this thread below.
