Regarding Thor’s recent presentation, there’s something very significant in it that no one’s even mentioned.

As far as I can ascertain, Thor have never previously mentioned their Marahui project, a 250km2 licence in NE Cote d’Ivoire - it certainly didn't appear in their January presentation maps/slides of Cote d'Ivoire.

They have mapped the entire area for gold-in-soil anomalies and, not to put too fine a point on it, it’s pretty much everywhere. However, there is one particular area in the SE of the licence area which has spectacular soil anomalies over a 4km strike length, with results up to thousands of ppb. These soil anomalies are also coincident with excellent rock chip samples and magnetic survey data.

Segun says he is “particularly excited” about this prospect, which they will be trenching and drilling this year, along with additional targets on the licence.

My personal opinion is that this is a new potential multi-million ounce discovery, that’s gone virtually unnoticed until now.

Remember that the 12% or 9%, or whatever, dividend, was not only a minimum but was pretty much guaranteed for the next two years, with the stated option/intention to increase it, cash flow permitting, assessed/reviewed on a quarterly basis - so it could well turn out to be more generous than initially stated.

Just to add, it has always been the plan (initially, anyway) to sell the gas at the well-head, and the offtaker has always been the one who pays for the liquefaction plant and trucking.

That's not to say that once GEX have made a fair bit of money, they may decide to take the whole pie on other prospects - but they don't really need to - and that's not what the broker's valuations are based on anyway.

Yes, a takeover may happen a bit further down the line, but for many multiples of where we are today.

Silver, it may be an outrageous valuation, relative to today's miniscule market cap, but the broker's unrisked valuation (not mine) would actually value the company at about £1.8bn or $2.3bn!

Personally, I believe that GEX could be a billion dollar company in a few years time, which sounds outrageous on the face of it, but even that represents less than 1% of the value of their current prospective in-situ resources... which may grow significantly over time with the additional licence prospects.

The bottom line is, you either believe in the story or you don't.

Yes, and 58c is equivalent to 32p!

GEX will likely 10-bag pretty much overnight if the well re=entry hits what management fully expect it to from the previous well logs.

I don't think I've ever come across such a compelling risk-reward play, ever.

... Make that 54c, which is all-but 30p, and gold at $3,170 - oh, and I forgot to add the world's gone crazy!

Once the gas starts flowing Georgina will be huge - remember, even at £1 a share the market cap will still be below £100m, for what will be the largest Helium resource in the world! (All IMO, DYOR etc)

Also worth pointing out that the debt is now fully repaid, accounts payable has now been paid done to a stable/working level and the goldstream is now almost worked through, so this year's net cash position will look incredibly different!

P/e of around 2 for last year and about 1 for this year!

GEX have the best helium portfolio in the world, with 300+bcf Helium with an in-situ value of $150+billion, not to mention a similar amount of Hydrogen and over 2tcf of natural gas.
