Georgina's Colossal Potential22 Apr 2025 07:55
Some investors think GEX is highly speculative, whereas the reality is very different IMO.
At Hussar, which is their first drill, or should I say well re-entry, target, there is historical well log data indicating about 9% Helium, along with Hydrogen and Natural Gas - and that is before they reach the target reservoir.
Mt Winter, to all intents-and-purposes, looks very similar in terms of historical indications.
Both of these reservoirs are absolutely colossal in size.
A couple of other points to note are that these resources are all onshore and in a Tier 1 jurisdiction, so no massive capital expenditure to access them.
But the best bit for me, is when you realise that there are a number of Helium producers out there making a decent living out of tiny (by comparison) resources with around 1% Helium concentrations, this brings the potential economics here into sharper focus.
What this means in reality is they don't actually need massive flow rates to make this economical, however it they do have massive flow rates, which many are expecting, this could 10-bag very quickly... and possibly 100-bag over time; remember the prospective/expected resource is world-class in scale, and Helium is very valuable.
