IF we get the CPR and the ship sails > 4p

Would be nice to wake in the morning with IM on the move and CPR released. We were at 3.5p last week before all the drama.
So hopefully we will get there again swiftly tomorrow and close at > 4p
I do suspect there will be a pile of sells though so I would be happy with any close 3.5p and above.
I think that will be it then until spud and then some weeks before we know any more.

I asked a question based on your post, it was not to serve as a personal attack on you. Your post came across to me like you have had enough, so I feel my question was in keeping with your post. But now reading your response to me I feel I understand a bit better.

Just a guess but looks like headed to anchor perhaps where drill max was anchored prior to going in

Original expectation was for the boat to leave on the 22nd, it is now expected to be the 26th. I would bet that BPC booked to take part in the presentation prior to the change. I think Thursday is going to be too busy for BPC to take part

Icemax of course it is relevant, no JR has been granted and until it is there is no point seeking an injunction. The ship will be over the drill site before all that happens. You do not just get to serve injunctions without reason and at present there is no reason to serve any injunction. The injunction would be served IF JR was granted.
There seems very little chance of JR, I noted one instance on the last RNS that made me a little concerned but even that would only be a backdoor to a JR.

Everyone is probably aware of the 3 month rule by now, but there is much more to JR than just that. One example is the JR claim form must be served on all parties within 7 days of the JR being granted.

Since the ship sails Thursday and JR has not been granted by the court yet, that means the ship would have sailed 4 days earlier than the maximum limit for serving the JR form (which as yet has not been granted)

In the end it came down to recommendations 32 v 7 and sheer persistence being xxxyyyzzz's 3rd posting of the same 4 posts.
