TXP still worth it?
I was looking to go into EUA and WCAT more heavily after dividend/sale.
For those of you who were discussing a while back about Dmitris future venture involving palladium backed crypto- have a look at WCAT after this sells up. Same idea but oil backed.
No going nuts about crossramping! It's how a lot of people found EUA ;)
Think this will just build quietly until they start trading crypto. Massive potential but more advertising needed I think. Most of the guys at EUA are looking at buying into the directors next project, which is basically identical to this but with palladium backing the currency rather than oil. First movers move further though so they will probably be interested here when it goes mainstream.
Very quiet board this one. Not much excitement for how well it's getting on.
Hi 8ead, as JFrake says, I do mean AA. They are looking to raise $15bn through share sales for something. It could well be a mixture of assets they're looking at (I know EUA jumped massively on the speculation its for them), however, since they're already in talks with ARCM it would make sense that at least some would be earmarked for here.
Marco, that at least makes sense. I still think that is a very small price to be paid. Especially when they have announced they are raising £10bn. In 2009 copper wasn't in such high demand, it has been made clear to the world now, that China will be using all the copper that can be produce in the coming years. I would see this as massive leverage for the seller to push the price up and sell for an amount they are comfortable with. Along with the Chinese company that has approached with a potential offer as a fall back plan if AA don't offer enough.
Not sure how a lot of people are estimating a 25p purchase price. Wouldn't that just equate to £262m? They are trying to raise $15bn which is about £10.5bn. Would you not expect at least a good chunk of that to be for a purchase- i.e. £1bn making it close to £1 for a purchase of the whole company and mine? Even then, with the volume of metal in the ground along with the massively rising prices this would be a bargain for such a large company to acquire.
Whisky time! Bring on 1.5p
If they’re looking to raise $15bn, surely that is too much for a purchase and too little for purchase plus infrastructure? Would it more likely be a jv followed by throwing money into infrastructure, if so what percentage dividend comes this way?
Pretty sure AA is in the middle of a deal with arcm just now, isn’t the money earmarked for them?
Easily bought £6k worth, just depends on the broker......
Would have thought this would jump more in the news of the new appointment. China have announced a crypto Yuen, this guy advises on it, wcat is getting into crypto and have his new attachment. Next step, surely , is a contract with Chinese government!?!?
Managed to buy at 186. Hopefully let it jump a bit soon to cover the paper loss :(
Do we know the exact date the licence was applied for?
Was looking to buy in this morning but that’s a crazy spread! 2p buy and a 1.8p share price!
Are they on the stock market yet though? Moonbeam?
Most people worn understand the profitability that it offers. When they release their profits for next year it’ll jump
I cant see it being bad news either. It would have come as an RNS last week. I had simply hoped an RNS would have come this morning, on which we could have asked questions.
Same here, won't work on the work computer system, so please update whatever is happening on here!
If it were to be bad news it would just come out in an rns!
He has said have questions ready, that would infer something technically difficult, I.e. a joint venture which needs explained in how much value it will add and what shareholder will receive in return.
