Having held for a long while I finally broke even.
Sold initially 50% then 75% of my stock, with 25% remaining.
I have no ideas for tomorrow but stock has been tight and did not quite expect a 400% rise.
It may well be tradable with Larry mentioning Rufus wages.
Conversion at 0.02p. Not quite cricket is it? But nor is AIM.
If there is a Transeco update then there could be further sp rises.
If not then it will depend on demand.
Which is why i have left 25% in.
Also when considering market cap I always consider fully diluted as it reall makes more sense rather than await AGM.

I've left half in as i'm not sure this is quite finished yet.
But i'm in profit finally and a profitable exit.

This morning did not expect to breakeven but looking at the trades it became clear that nothing really was offered for retail in the placing.
What that also means is mates rates.
Lets see where this goes tomorrow.

Not expected however this must be due a Tanesco update.

The placing looks like no retail but dyor on that.

It seems to me there is very liquidity in the stock.
Placing provisons for retail may have been zero.

They have not left many in free float have they??

There are large percentages being taken.
Placing has little or no retail it seems.
Which is why buying even at these levels will be tight.
If we get a Transeco update it will certainly get more interesting (provided it is positive of course).
Otherwise it looks free float will be taken out.

For the coalbed methane project SP Angel re-iterated 23p target.
However this will req a JV with around $37mill historical spend and new wells to be targeted.

The 2nd project is the Pared energy which is LNG.
Big u.s market for LNG and huge deals being signed at the moment. see below.
More geared to 2019

Which ever way you look at it funding is in place.
Vested new interests.
Tight share structure.
You often find the effort then seems to be many fold over.
I think more so you have strategic investors now with dirs ( unfort) adding as well.

1. Coalbed methane project where they are looking to drill new wells. SP angel gave a 23p target for this. Existing wells did not have the required results.
2. Pared energy which is multi-tcf project.

I expect results out anytime soon as per last year. (April 30th)

I think you will also find that when equity is in ones possession automatically the sense of trying harder works.
Most of the company now is held tightly.
Which is why the placing had little for any retail ( if anything).
I wonder.

I may actually get my money back on this.
Most of the company will now be held by the new investors.
47% is not to be sniffed at.

Should be due any day now.
Will probably get an update on the JV details with pared energy.

Kibo certainly going guns blazing with the Tanesco update.
Will EDL now update on that as well.
In terms of holdings i think it is quite significant with around 58-60% held by 4 now inc directors.

We do have two new investors now holding 47% of the company.
Looking at the placing it also looks like very little is available for retail.

And Brandonhill will own 47% together.
Looking at the placing i don't there is much left at all for retail.
Hence the sp rise.

I may get my holdings back.
With the stock taken up online again seems very tight at 0.04p.
Not even 1 million available at 0.04p.
We will have enough cash now to last for a while.

I don't think they have left too many at these levels hence the share price rise.
