The purpose of Resolution 7 was to provide a specific authority to issue shares to satisfy options issued to directors and former directors to settle fee deferrals during 2020 - 2022. With the withdrawal of Resolution 7 the company will now be required to cash settle any options if and when exercised. The actual cash liability is linked to prevailing share price at the time of potential exercise but is estimated to be c. £280k - £560k (at a share price range of 0.6p - 1.0p per share).

They may use existing cash.

Well at least it is happening. Bit more of a yawn than anything else. My worry is if the equity component is not approved then the cash may drain. Conversely it also look to me that if the equity component was previously approved scir would have already been significantly diluted.

The directors don't hold enough stock to care about that element.

Armenia news will be game changing but IMC have to structure it in a different way than expected. It is possible so any news on that I think there will be quite a bit of interest. I held a few from before and have added further today. I don't expect to sell as I hold quite a few others.

If we can get the transaction for the "Karaberd gold mine" in play although the equity will be 51% for the company this will be a game changer for IMC shareholders. However Eamon needs to get a move on.

Everyone needs to relax a bit. I do hold IMC and as indicated from the last results they are moving forward with the The Karaberd Mine transaction which will be significant for the company.
