Nothing in life is Free21 Aug 2020 12:03
I’ve watched from the sidelines and would like to pose a question using an example,
I’m not trying to be clever just want to get fellow investors perspective on the upcoming demerger how they think it will play out and their future plans ahead.
Tils including StemprintER currently has a SP of say £1.50 ( which would be the markets current valuation of the company )
Upon Demerger Tils is valued at £1.00 AccuStem is valued at £0.50
We are then exposed to the wolves (MM’s to decide the actual price) and it’s a Lottery like the current position (which is now being fully controlled / orchestrated in the USA)
We now have absolutely no idea how the SP price of the combined shares will move, (my guess would be in a southern direction initially ) they will then obviously find their level when the MM’s have finished playing games. Lots of activity from Tils shareholders also that will want to Sell or re allocate investments in which share they prefer etc
How are we going to better off as Investors with this FREE share ? (It’s not “free” anyway because it’s an asset of the company we invested in).
How can the 2 separate companies be worth more than the current Tils ?
Why would the SP rocket when we have clarification of the demerger date especially when its on a company that’s going to be divided ?
Both together is a far more valuable option / stronger to shareholders and the reason we invested in the first place but a decision has been made now.
My preference would be the sale of StemprintER and a special dividend to shareholders and not being sent out to the wolves again, especially whilst also trying to decide which share or both shares to invest in and what level 50/50 60/40 when the pack is manipulating the price
your views and ideas would be appreciated by most members on here I’m sure
Divide and conquer I wish, Good luck anyway
