Nice RNS. As suspected interest is growing before Nasdaq RTO. Will be interesting to see how much volume and reach once they list in the US as AI is a very hot topic and SMD clearly is a proper play in the space and not just a company which jumped on the AI bandwagon last minute. DYOR

People were holding shares at £13.24, now they have raised at 50p. I personally think this could be a decent trade short term, clearly it's a gamble and you have to accept the risks, but they are now funded. I bought some as a short term investment at around 56. Time will tell. DYOR

Great interview, thanks for sharing. Clearly they expect also growth through their partnerships now to take place in the US, in addition to the UK. With customer retention of 90% + and new contracts with massive positive impact on their top line we can all see that we are gradually increasing as mentioned by Angus and Kerry yearly revenues and in turn multiples used to derive ACRM fair valuation. In essence share price will gradually rerate from such small mcap, especially if you couple the revenue increases with the fact that the free float is largely in strong hands. Top up and wait patiently and in my mind we will move back towards the 10-11p mark and on new contracts break higher into a new price range. Angus was talking about a possible valuation of £60mio in 2-3 years. In my experience these things always take longer or we don’t get to the full expectations, but what is clear is that the upside is significant and the business clear to understand. DYOR

Excellent contract with significant revenues and prospects of other contracts with related organisations. New contracts will land as per business plan, as Kerry and Angus mentioned before renewal rates are incredibly high and once they have made inroads with an organisation they can usually sell further services to that client or market to other government departments. Easy to understand business with clear goals and massive upside from such low mcap.

Pullback seems to be over and buying volume coming back in, we all know new contracts will follow. Buy the dip is my take and wait patiently. DYOR

RNS today makes me think ie would you move that amount of shares, say £150,000 worth, into a Pension scheme which probably allows you some tax deferral unless you thought the upside potential was worth it and likely ? Time will tell. DYOR

Beacon Energy (AIM:BCE) announces that Leo Koot, Non-Executive Director, has given instruction for the transfer of 159,090,909 ordinary shares of no par value each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his Qualifying Non UK Pension Scheme. Such Ordinary Shares will be transferred for no consideration and remain solely beneficially owned by Leo Koot.

Accordingly, Leo Koot's total holding in the Company will remain unchanged at 159,090,909 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.5 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.

No wonder they focus on the Lithium recycling plant as we get gate fees ie they pay us to take batteries from them, probably buy the boxes going forward to deliver the batteries to us and the black mass has a much higher selling price.

Seen second RNS and it looks to me that this is a massive buying opportunity DYOR

Seen RNS positive to see that the CLN is only for 6 months and that the possible conversion price is at market price and not at a massive discount. I guess it implies that some liquidity is required only short term before revenues from the lithium plant kick in.

No doubt Kerry will be even more motivated now to deliver on ACRM's growth's plan. Let's sit back and enjoy. Might use this pullback to add a few more as the journey has just begun and has a long way to go. DYOR
