Great to see that the new Executive Chairman is buying in the market above placing price. Makes a change from other companies where those at the helm don't hold any shares.

Wanted to raise between £2.5 and £4mio and managed to get the maximum plus retail raise also taking place. In a market where raising money is difficult you must conclude that the share have a massive appeal to retail and institutions. Bought some in the market this morning as I would expect the shares to do well from these levels now that the funding is secured and the new strategy path set. Time will tell DYOR

Time will tell but I'm of the same impression ie incoming directors with these CVs would not bother to get involved unless they have a plan for the company and think that they can do well out of this.

Reads really well and looks as if the new very experienced board members mean business. Time will tell but this could be a massive turning point for GBP dyor

Took a long time to clear the seller but looks as if we are now on the way up. Very cheap at these levels and the market knows it. DYOR

Looks to me as if we are now attracting buying interest after testing the low 4p area. It's bounced 4-5 times from the 4-5p area to go to 8-10p area. In my mind time to buy/add is now, plus ACRM has now even less downside risk but higher reward potential as revenues are growing and probably reaching £2mio this year vs £5.5mio mcap. Remember the majority of the shares are in strong hands which limits free float. DYOR

Don't get fooled those 250,000 trades are purchases. Added another 250,000 at 4.25p today. Like the risk reward even more at this level DYOR

Agreed with various comments, but contracts have been executed and revenue is increasing vs a very low market cap. Actually surprised we are this low and considering adding some. DYOR

Agreed Art, I have taken part in the raise and kept the very small ptifit purely as a gamble and knowing that it could all be lost. For me it’s like betting on a high risk exploitation well with odds against me. DYOR

Have taken a position today just to be transparent. The last RNS does clearly state that, albeit very preliminary, the offer is from SEC Capital linked to William G Bollinger. Further search mentions a William Bollinger ex founder of Egerton, setting up a new Hedge Fund in Singapore. Looks interesting and we all know that the asset could be very significant in any case, in my view best to sit back now and wait and see what happens. DYOR

I have finally received the US share. As mentioned by my broker, holders have received 0.0969928 Spectral AI Inc (MDAI US) in exchange for every 1 existing share held in SMD. As a practical example, I had 50,000 shares in SMD, which I bought at around 43p ie invested approx £21k. I have now 4,849 MDAI US shares which at approx $2.86 = $26,170 or £ 11,425 ie down 55% or so on my purchase. Clearly, unless my computations are incorrect, the massive additional gain expected on the conversion into US shares has not happened. You win some and you loose some, will hold what I have as not in a hurry and still think with the AI furore MDAI US should go much higher over time. Time will tell DYOR
