Teh needs more holdings to pass his 75%, and he felt £1.50 a share was too cheap for this company, thus he or his circle will have to buy more in the days to come.... whoever hold the rest will be against the delisting, that is for sure, thus....competition, competition! SP goes up!

DH, good points, but one more on top of those: I guess either the CEO or the II are accumulating, they need to against the vote or need more shares to win the vote, either side will have to purchase more shares...this should push the sp higher in the next few days. All the 25k and 50k shares this morning were purchasing, I have been watching closely, as I put a lot in yesterday...
