Am more than a millionaire……put multi in front of it! Not living in the UK to save paying tax which supports thickos like you. What you failed to spot was my first investment of £400k in Ag when it was £17/ounce. Together with my other investments in black opal, whiskey and currency I have made lots of dosh including £40 k in this dead Duck.

Those who are now in AYM are the long term failed investors and those who hop on hoping to make a lot of money. The later has more chance to succeed so long as they have their finger on the sell button.

Thanks TT, this is a new development which I was not aware of. The principle is the same as for using water at Edam Dam. I would only be guessing at the cost of installation but it would be way above what AYM could afford and certainly would mean a takeover by others. Gain to shareholders not that high say 2 to 3 pence a share.

Media are lauding Au reaching 5000 dollars/ounce. Little do they know about making money and that’s why they concentrate on headlines. In the past 3 years Ag’s rise has been twice that of Au. Yes, it will continue to rise but it will be roughly at the same rate as Au. Ag will be £100/ounce soon, now £79/ ounce. My initial purchase of 400 grand was at 17.47/ounce 3 years ago. So far have made ?????????….. a lot.

Similar to the Edam Dam electricity generating project. I can see Parys being sold for a song to a power generator assuming they can get a permit. One way would be to build a sealed shaft with turbines at the base into sealed tunnels below. Pump into shaft during low demand and allow gravity to turn the turbines during high demand.

Besides the Chapter’s cross border contacts I was in contact with somebody who project minded part of the installation the Beckhams home in Oxford. Apparently, David was down to earth but his wife was a right snotty 🐮. Brooklyn has a right to moan.
