Your overall value of your investment should stay the same but for each 20 old shares @ now 0.425 pence you get one new share @ 8.5 pence with the old shares disappearing. It supposed to give more credence to the company which to me is a load of testicles.

LIAR! The lowest asking price for your one share purchase was 0.2815 pence a window which lasted 10 minutes. By the time you got your pocket money off your mama you would have missed it. LIAR!🤥

Now a 50% spread. Even though there has been a roughly 24% increase in the mid share price during the past 2 days, those that bought when it was at its recent lowest are still losing due to the spread. It’s a way the MM has locks the buyer in. Those that are holding shares have been conned.
