I think george said at the agm he might have people taking photos on site this week
Anyone else think so ?
I will be happy if george sells zulu after dfs.
LSE board went after acker
Then iky786
Now snowking
Personal differences to the side.
George knows what's going on. Everyone else is guessing or heard a rumour.
Welcome back kodal investors
Agreed,
The lack of communication is fueling uncertainty. Even small updates on progress would stop the sinking.
I was that weak hand... selling 20k shares @ £2.44
There must be a competition of delusion in prem. So far the Pandora group are winning with their 20 million profit per week.
George just get drilling we've given you the extra 5 billion
20 million profit per week.
Let's see £100 in revenue first and go from there.
It's in George's own interests to complete the dfs.
Just doing some financial planning (prem style) :
For next year's 5 billion share placing If he gets a dfs done then his placing could be worth 3 or 4 time more.
Prem won't mine zulu but will certainly complete the dfs hence my holdings.
Other mining companies either don't own the land or no licence or in debt.
George would do well to take advantage and possibly decide to throw the shareholders a lifeline for one by progress the mining company we are all invested in.
Africa is a tricky place to do business, delays and problems must be common.
Very strange that the outsourced task of drilling has been given no date to commence. I'm sure they would have said x will be 2 nd of ... and y will begin on .....
After that AGM I'm still holding my shares.
I must be mad !
I see dilution after some drilling results. If GR sees the rise in mcap that he wants then for the same amount of shares he will raise much more money. Its in his interest not to place to early.
If the vote was one vote per shareholder, I'm sure both resolutions would have failed.
Based on the number of votes. James gooze and George roach voted for the resolution. Everyone else voted against
Trouble is they outweigh all the rest of the shareholders
Thoughts ?
Guys,
If the sp drops or a big sell, its not always ACKER
still waiting on George for some info to make an informed decision when voting.
Lithium demand will be around for some time.New technology comes at a price. I think GR will concentrate on peak demand. When the spodumene prices are at their all time High. Zulu will mine lots of lithium but not with us. I can't see GR spending to bulid a mine, he will sell zulu at peak lithium demand.
If not he will just sit on it after dfs which is most likely.
Let's see what the agm brings.
Pump before placing
Seems the conversation seems to be drifting away from zulu. It's time to talk about zulu drilling & dfs however old projects are being discussed as a change of topic.
Watching the video posted yesterday reminds me of those words "lifestyle company".
Hope to be proven wrong at agm
Do you think GR should remain CEO or become executive chairman ?
Shareholders with the biggest stake in prem will support both votes at the agm. George will have 5 billion shares to play with over next 2 years which is fair enough. We need to pay for dfs somehow.
On the other hand his stockbox interview he says prem is very busy at the moment with many DIFFERENT projects.
Waiting to hear about a drilling campaign.....
We have some time before agm.
We have a lot of time before a complete dfs
In the meantime someone is enjoying the kodal rerate.
Don't think it's george
Now that Riverfort is out of the way, is there more of chance to hear of a finance deal (if any).
If not would it be during or after the agm.
