Also our sp took an extra battering by falling out of the FTSE 250

This depressed the sp from its fair value due to forced selling

Barclay’s have an overweight fair value of 65p

Even a slight over shoot of that is a potential 200% rise from these low levels

Exactly AM - but the key statement here is At The Moment and it’s reflected in the two sp’s

Serco have a mcap of over 2 billion compared with our circa £400 million

We have dividends and share BUY backs to come - if you are investing rather than short term gambling

That’s why Capita’s so undervalued imo and a great investment - our p/e and s under 2 !!!

If by drifting you mean they are up 31.5% over 6 months and 12.9% over a month….

The outsourcing sector is strengthening imo

Any time AM - should bag yourself a bargain here imo

In terms of the “when” though Serco brought forward and increased its dividend restart because of the stronger than expected growth of the outsourcing sector

AM you don’t need to get all giddy. Our timelines are different. I’m not suggesting for a second that they will make any dividend announcements next week or even this year.

My point is if you are planning longer term then this is imo a great investment for both sp GROWTH and also REVENUES

Hi Dave - yes I know dividends what restart at those levels. My target is as you say a 2/3p dividend initially rising to 10p plus over time.

Still a potentially very cheap way of buying a cheap source of dividend income in the future- with share price rises thrown in as well

A current £25k investment could if dividends went to 10p a share (they were much higher than that before) not only give you a big profit but potential income of £10k per year in the future- worth considering I think

Even a small overrun of Barclay’s target gives circa 200% upside here

Although I’m holding out for a sp in pounds (yes more than 1 !) and dividends of similar value to current sp

Barclay’s have an OVERWEIGHT rating and 65p fair value price target in place

So, for what it’s worth, my opinion is this is still a MASSIVE Buying opportunity, uptrend is still intact and any drops WILL be bought into. So my opinion is BUY and Hold

ASOS is still overvalued imo - also too many free returns- I’m thinking it has a lot further to drop yet

In terms of consumer price index- that probably won’t be pretty- but ASOS Directors bought BIG into drops there last week- so they obviously see a bottom- I considered buying on the 30% drop over there but didn’t
