Well I sincerely hope we are not a takeover target as we are at the best of a new journey and I see a lot of value to be realised

I see this as a company with somewhat of a moat that would be difficult to build from scratch- so I can see why it would be attractive to other companies, but I can’t see it would be sold, certainly not under £1

I’d rather see the fruits of the turnaround tbo

Hi Trenners the takeover target in question was actually Aviva and how it came out of nowhere

Capita has big multi year contracts with clear revenues and somewhat of a moat in that it’s not easy for a new player to replicate what they do.

That’s why I’m holding for over a £1 plus dividends

No way, 50p may look good from these bargain basement prices but all these IIs and insiders are looking for well beyond those levels imo

Just shows, Aviva had been trending down this year and then BOOM takeover target out of nowhere

I see that Aviva is up around 10% today on takeover speculation- let’s hope someone doesn’t try to BUY us because I’d want a LOT more than 50p per share !

Nothing moves Capita - I’ll remind you of that on the next run upto 40 to 50p - and this time, imo, I expect it to finally break through that ceiling given we are now in much better shape

They all definitely have enough combined knowledge to recognise this is massively undervalued currently- imo

Well they are aware of positive news flow - that’s not material as in secret- they are aware of bids in place that they hope to win but don’t yet know, they are not aware of IIs / fund managers about to announce they have built large stakes here - imo

It means they think that the company is stable, growing and undervalued and they will make lots of profit from these ridiculously low share prices - imho

I disagree- it’s just we are all impatient!!

I think that there’s more IIs / fund managers looking in and seeing Schroders, CEO, CFO and family members all BUYing at what looks likely to be at or around the bottom and seeing HUGE potential for BIG gains- sells hoovered up as more orders being filled imho

Once orders are filled and sells hoovered up then hoping that’s when the blue touch paper gets lit

This share always moves when least expected and when it feels like it rather than timed to make us happy and the impatient miss out

I believe the evidence is mounting that this is at or near the bottom which imo presents a window of opportunity that may not last long

This is a company that is now in recovery and growth mode imo and I expect the sp to reflect that sooner rather than later
