Imo from the progress they have seen first hand suggests the next 12 months will show continued growth and improvement with dividends coming back at some point

It’s been posted before this should already be in the 40 / 50p’s based on what we know now

How many times does an opportunity like this come along ?

This information was the cherry on the top - rather than the icing or the cake. It is information about future possibilities rather than the here and now and can still be resolved in time

Given all the BOD BUYs I’m assuming they think the TU will be positive imo

I’m more interested in broker targets than AM simply picking a number that’s lower than the current sp, regardless of what the sp is

Citi are on a neutral rating of 28p

Yes, that’s in line with my thinking

Potential for sp to 7 bag plus dividends

What you have to remember is that this company is winning contracts, has a 99% renewal rate, has visibility on revenues stretching years into the future, has somewhat of a moat, AI opportunities will reduce costs and is massively undervalued

The BOD have bought because they think these things will all come to fruition over the next 12 months and i agree

If you are holding for big long term gains then bits of pennies over the short term don’t matter- leave that gambling to the traders

I’m guessing when the BOD plus family members all decided to BUY at 16 / 17p they were fully aware of progress to date and also upcoming events that would lift the sp back up from these lows

Unlike traders here - when the BOD BUY they have to hold in excess of say 12 months- which would suggest they believe the next 12 months will see significant improvements coming through imo

Lots of repetition this morning from peeps clearly all with our interests at heart (lol 😂)

Anyway doesn’t change the fact this is hugely undervalued imo

I would agree if we were in the 30p’s / 40p’s that there were issues to be resolved before maybe continuing up

But at 15.5p I don’t think any of these issues justify such a low share price

I don’t expect any of these matters to impact a run to at least 30p at some point, when we least expect it, as usual here !

Terry - but that’s the point. I do believe in the turnaround. It’s visible, it’s tangible. They have already stated that they intend to consider restarting dividends. So I don’t believe the sp will keep going down- infact I believe it will infact multi bag from here.

That may not happen immediately but I firmly believe it will happen

As such I simply hold and sometimes add

I’m not chasing a penny up or down

I’m waiting for multiples of today’s sp

Total nonsense imo

To run large outsourcing contracts you need skilled people and a track record

It’s not something you can easily take on as it would fall apart without the specialist knowledge and systems

In that respect Capita have somewhat of a moat

They have also recurring contracts of which something like 90% plus get renewed and rolled over

Debt substantially decreased, free cashflow expected to grow and dividends back on the radar

Great opportunity imo
